Wells Litsupport

Wells LitSupport

Wells LitSupport has been supporting litigation processes for more than 15 years. Our goal is helping you gain a competitive advantage by making you more prepared than your potential adversaries by educating litigation and corporate information teams for the journey to and through eDiscovery. With continuous updates to the Federal Rules and court expectations, e-Ignorance is no longer an excuse: the courts expect you to know and understand how electronic documents are created, retained, and defended, as well as the processes, rules, and regulations surrounding them. We focus on that education by using the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) as the framework for preparing for future litigation, Case Planning and communication, identifying roles and responsibilities, pitfall avoidance, and software specific training as needed.
